Buying Property In Marbella Is Now Safer

At last buying a property in Marbella is now a lot safer. The new Marbella Urban Planning Scheme (PGOU) has been approved by the competent authority (Comisión de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo de Andalucia) which means that the chaotic legal situation of properties in this area comes to its end.
